Love Maui Sunset!

A friend and I come every couple of years.We love Mail and Maui Sunset .Our condo was was gorgeous and well appropriated.We had never stayed on the ground floor before and really enjoyed being close to the pool and we loved the resident chickens!

Relaxing resort vibe and beautiful sunsets

First time staying in Kihei and we loved Maui Sunset resort. Sunsets were amazing!! Enjoyed strolls on beach and the adjoining park. Unit was very comfy and well equipped! Kids enjoyed pool, and pool noise was not an issue. Owner responded very quickly to correct a couple small problems! Parking lot is a bit crowded if you are renting a van or truck, but we always got a spot.

Awesome Sunsets

Beautiful setting with everything you need. Relish the wonderful sunsets from the patio. Easy access to the large pool and enjoy the tiki torches at night.

An Awesome Home Away From Home

Tammys Condo was so nice. Extremely spacious for our family of four, enough room for everyone to have to their own time if they wanted and she supplied so much and more that came in handy for just about everything during the stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to when we come back for our third time😉

Wonderful Stay on Southside of Maui

We had a lovely stay at the Maui Sunset. Everything was as described and met our expectations. It was very nice that the unit included a pack n play for our baby to sleep in and a travel high chair for meal time. We also appreciated all of the beach gear. The owner has convenience for the traveler in mind.

WOW!

Terrific location and within walking distance to morning latte, restaurants, groceries and souvenir shopping. The condo is ideally located within the complex - walk right out from your lanai to the pool, hot tub or the beach. The condo itself is well equipped and we found we needed or wanted anything more than what is provided by the owner. Great holiday and hope to do it again!

Fantastic location with so many amenities

We stayed in this unit for the second time and once again were thrilled with everything. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the pool and close to the beach as well. Our kids loved running around on the impeccable lawn every day and Maui Sunset is filled with families. Tammy's condo has everything you could need - beach toys, a pack and play, booster chair, coolers, umbrellas and plenty of space for our two adults and three kids. We couldn't be happier with our experience and will definitely be back.

Family vacation

Overall it was a great stay. The condo is in a great location with a great view. Our kids loved the pool. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the pullout couch because the it hadn’t been cleaned and was noticeably dirty. It made the sleeping arrangements difficult for a family of six. Other than that it was great and I would stay here again.

Great location for a family vacation to Maui

We really loved our time at this fantastic condo in Kehei. It had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation. The condo was incredibly clean and well supplied. I especially appreciated the fact that there was a coffee grinder. With so many great local roasters in the area, I was very happy to be able to brew a fresh pot each morning. Kehei is a great location as it is an easy drive to most Maui locations and there are some great beaches very near. I’d recommend either Secret Cove or Makenna Landing. Both are close. There is also a ton of great food options in Kehei…looking forward to returning someday.

Amazing Stay!

We are so glad we chose Tammy’s property at Maui Sunset. The condo was extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and Tammy was great to work with. The property and location are outstanding. You are literally steps from the pool and a two minute walk to the ocean. We enjoyed the partial ocean view from the lanai each morning as we had breakfast outside. The condo was spacious enough for our family of five. The setting is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, Tammy, for sharing your home. We had a wonderful family vacation and created memories that will last a life time. We would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others. Mahalo!

Cosy, poolside, ideal windsurf family pad

We are a family of 4 ( kids are 8yrs and 9yrs) from outside of the USA who's idea of an ideal vacation is for the kids to be worn out happy in the pool and then the parents go windsurfing either off Maui Sunset or at Kanaha. We needed a place to self cater, had comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, lovely landscaping and gorgeous sunsets. Condo B117 satisfied us well. Maui Sunset is now 20 years old and looking well worn, but not worn out. The owner is renovating it in stages so she is aware of this. We like that it is about 30 yards to the swimming pool, we love the golf course like landscaping, so it makes us feel like we are living at a golf resort. We like the peace of mind having the security person at night. B117 has a well equipped kitchen, good linen supply, starter packs of laundry detergent, washing up supplies, 3 coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, childs booster seat for the car and inflatable pool toys for preschoolers. This was our second visit to B117, first being 2014.We recommend this condo to our windsurf family friends. Communication with the owner was instant - the internet failed but was rectified. The reception friendly and efficient ( an improvement to 2014). The events organiser person at the poolside knowledgeable and less authoritarian regards the rules of the pool ( another improvement to 2014). It is close to a Safeway. Our favourite restaurants are "Coconuts" for fish and chips, fish tacos on family dining out night and "Isana" for well priced , good quality sashimi for date night. Easy driving distance to the great snorkelling spots around Wailea and Turtle town.

Tammy’s condo was the perfect location for enjoying everything Maui has to offer. While the exterior of the building could use some updating or cleaning, stepping inside instantly transforms you into a tropical paradise. The condo was well stocked with snorkel gear and beach essentials, making our stay even more convenient. Tammy was incredibly attentive and responsive to all of my messages. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Maui.

Our stay at this wonderfully decorated house was the highlight of our Maui trip. You'll love the location, just a short walk to the ocean shore for stunning sunsets every evening. The porch opens onto a beautiful lawn that stretches right to the water, where we were lucky enough to see a sea turtle during our morning stroll. The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything a family needs, and a grocery store is just a four-minute drive away. Plus, you'll be close to fantastic restaurants and food trucks. The host was incredibly responsive, and guests have access to a community pool, a small gym, and ample parking.

This is an incredible property! Comfortable. Clean. Extremely well stocked with things like snorkel gear, beach chairs/mats and I noticed even things like an umbrella stroller and booster seat style high chair which would be so helpful if you’re traveling with little ones. Tammy, the hostess, was absolutely amazing to work with and was so accommodating. We absolutely loved our week in this unit. We were very comfortable. Just a few steps away from the (gated/secure) pool and right there by the ocean - not a better place on the island to watch a sunset. Can’t say enough good about it. Will definitely come stay again.
