About this property

Super Hosts invite you to reserve your stay at our fully remodeled air conditioned condo unit. The unit has 2 Bedrooms, a Sofa sleeper, 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6 ) that have been fully remodeled. 1 King bed and two singles (the two singles can be combined into one king). The kitchen and living room have also been remodeled with new kitchen cabinets, appliances, and furniture. Every room (including the living room) has its own separate air conditioner as well as ceiling fan. Ocean view from Living room, bedroom and lanai. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher and small appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. 3 t.v.'s, cable, WIFI, DVD, beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, and beach towels. There is no telephone due to everyone now using cell phones. Please no smoking in condo. There is a smoking bench in parking area. Most condo's require paid parking, but we provide free parking! The pool is heated and just steps away from the lanai. There are beautiful, clean barbecues pool side and rooftop. The rooftop at sunset is something you cannot miss. There are BBQ's up there, perfect for entertaining. This is a MUST stay Unit!!!

Great condo in amazing location

The location of this unit is great for kids since it's right on the grass, literal steps from the pool, and beach access. The rock-wall protected beach is very calm but you can easily walk to beaches with bigger waves. We saw sea turtles every day. We also found it very well located on the island, since it's a very short drive to Kihei restaurants and fairly central. Unit is very clean, kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, pans, utensils, etc. Our family really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice Maui VRBO

Good location with nostalgic charm. Poolside and ready access to beach were definite positives. we had a couple minor issues, but the host was very responsive and helpful.

Has everything you need!

Great location and well appointed with everything you need. We definitely would stay here again and recommend to friends. Requested king bed in second bedroom and was made with king sheets. Mahalo!

Aloha! Our family has been coming to Maui since 2003 and we always stayed in Kihei which we love. Our three children love this place as well , so we decided to get a little slice of paradise for all of us to enjoy and to share with others.

We rented a condo here on vacation and loved the property. You can't beat stepping out your back patio and having a beachfront access and a swimming pool just steps away. If you're looking to relax or have fun with the family this property is perfect for you!

What makes this property unique

Besides being just steps from the beach and pool, you'll find that this condo offers the unique ability to hang out on the rooftop of the complex to entertain, BBQ and watch the amazing sunset. This is something that most other condos in Maui can't offer. We also have free parking at the complex which is a plus!
