Platform beds

Place is adequate. Lots of confusion about the electronic lock on the front door. We didn’t want the cleaning lady’s fiancé to fix it at 9PM at night. Platform beds left something to be desired.

Hey Mary, We apologize about the confusion with the digital lock - the battery had just run out but we provided a physical key during your check-in time since there was no time to replace the battery in between finding this out and your check in. As a courtesy, we offered for our property manager (not cleaning lady’s fiancé) to replace the battery between 8-9, because you mentioned you were out of the house for a game during this time. You said no need, a physical key works for you, and so we respected your request here. The mattresses are high quality and recently purchased. We apologize if they were too firm for your liking.
