Outside, a large patio with BBQ grill and fully fenced yard provide privacy and a safe space for kids and pets. And don't forget to relax in the hot tub! Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment, and a short drive from the airport. Come make yourself at home in our comfortable retreat!
The space
This is a brand new construction home that sleeps a total of 10 guests.

Our home is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. You’ll find a fully stacked kitchen, a spacious living area,
3 amazing spaces to lay your head. 2 queen beds and 1 king bed awaits you for your stay.
Each room has a smart tv so you can enjoy whatever it may be that your heart desires.

The house has 2 full baths upstairs and one half bath on main floor- one of the full bath off the hallway and one off the master bedroom. both equipped with a shower/ tub combo If soaking in a bubble bath is your thing. We also added the luxury of providing key essentials during your trip to help make things easier.

In the yard we have a outdoor seating area , fire pit and a gas grill to help fill your appetite.
a luxurious hot tub, where you can soak away your stress and worries and indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience!

Our home comes with a W/D to help make checking out easy breezy and washing any garments that may need extra TLC during your trip.

Parking: The driveway on the front of the house provides plenty of space for two vehicles.
Street parking is also available.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
Guest access
You will have access to this beautifully decorated home at your leisure. However, we do have a closet on main floor that acts as our owner's closet to provide you with the hospitality you aim to receive during your stay with us.
Other things to note
Early check-in fee: $40 (up to 2 hours before 4pm based on availability)

Late check-out fee: $40 (up to 2 hours after 11am based on availability)


Pet fee is $25/night, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.

No smoking in the home or on premise. We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation.

NO parties allowed on the premise. If you are in violation of this, you will be asked to leave the property, and pay a $1000 fine for the violation. We don't want to see blue lights as much you don't want to.... just don't do it!!

$25 penalty for losing remote

*Fire wood for the fire pit is not provided.
The propane tank for the gas grill is provided.

Outdoor cameras on site overlooking house entrance and backyard entrance.

Quiet Hours: Charlotte has a 11pm noise ordinance that begins at that time. We love our neighborhood and community... we still want to be invited to things-- don't ruin it for us. Please be respectful of working neighbors with noise, language, music, pets, and children.

Please turn off the AC when you go out.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

Please leave dishes in the dishwasher.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
pets allowed with approval, there's a $25 pet fee per pet per stay.
Please take off shoes before going to upstairs floor.
