Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We believe the refrigerator referenced is in the basement utility area and is not typically used; however, we have made sure it is clean and ready to go if needed. When you reported the dehumidifier being full, we offered to send someone immediately to empty it, as it is typically set to auto-drain. The pool company was on-site when you arrived due to your early arrival and completed service that day. The pool hose was addressed during their service, and we were not aware any further follow-up was needed. We also sent landscaping immediately. Due to the early check-in, the outdoor area was not fully inspected prior to arrival. We have not noticed any cats on the property; had we been made aware of any of these concerns during your stay, we would have addressed them immediately. Mattress preferences are subjective, and our team can provide a topper for added comfort if needed. We appreciate your comments, and your feedback has been shared. Our team is available 24/7 and we strive to ensure positive guest experiences.
