Amazing Stay at Casa Sueños in Pavones

I stayed at Casa Sueños with my family (my wife and two kids) for two nights, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—surrounded by lush nature, close to a beautiful waterfall, and just a short walk to the beach.The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, offering a great sense of privacy. James’ adorable and friendly dogs were an added bonus, making us feel even more at home. The entire property felt like a peaceful retreat, and we loved the combination of tropical vibes and the soothing sound of the nearby ocean.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, nature-filled getaway in Pavones!

I am a General Contractor by way of San Francisco, California. I did lots of high-end remodels and additions so I brought my skill set down to Pavones to bring a one-of-a-kind modern comfortable house on an incredible property close to the ocean but high up to catch the Sea breeze in a microclimate. I built this house myself. I love people coming to enjoy what I have built and see Pavones from this magical, memorable viewpoint.

Why they chose this property

This is a small neighborhood with not many houses and a very peaceful and quiet next to a river. Because it is 100 ft above sea level it has a microclimate and a cool ocean breeze. Yet it is only a 5-minute walk to the easy beach access. There are surf breaks in all direction and it is centrally located with only 5 minutes from stores and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because it is running next to a river that has its own private waterfall with in walking distance. The one neighbors are a decent ways away and provide lots of privacy between us. The rest of the surrounding areas of the property are only raw jungle and the river with the ocean view out in front of the property. You will not find many properties like this in Pavones and it is one of a kind with its amazing view mixed in with the jungle surroundings.
