The bed was comfortable, the place was accurate to the description. Not located in the best part of town, but quiet for the most part. The neighbors upstairs were noisy and up all hours of the night.

Noisy neighbors really negatively affected our stay and made it hard to get any sleep. The neighbors had screaming fights from 11pm to 3am with no respect for the hour or close proximity of other units. Cramped basement apartment but reasonable for the price.

The cleanliness overall was fine but the floors were dirty. I guess the photos were accurate but you don't realize how small it is until you get there. There isn't anywhere to sit except the bed and the two kitchen stools. There was an air conditioner right over the bed that was LOUD. It woke me up three times. The mattress was thin and the pillows should be burned to put them out of their misery.
