Maalaea Kai Resort sits in the quaint, quiet town of Maalaea. Two-acres of tropical landscaping include an ocean front pool, BBQ and picnic/play areas and plenty of lawn chairs—there's relaxing to be done and much to see in the bay! Maalaea Kai offers Washers/Dryers in their laundry rooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floors only. We provide some detergent pods and dryer sheets in your condo to bring to the laundry facility. The beach in front of Maalaea Kai is home to its flotilla of honu (green sea turtles) basking on the beach or bobbing in the surf. Humpback Whales return each winter to birth their calves—their activity is visible off and on, all day long. Weekend evenings, a row of torches at the edge of the sea wall creates a romantic tropical setting, as does moonlight shining across the water and a sky that is spangled with stars once night sets in. Maalaea Kai is walking distance to the Harbor, Sugar Beach, restaurants, the Maui Aquarium and more.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
