Perfect stay!

This was a great place to stay with our family , including 2 grandchildren ( ages 3 and 1). The bedrooms are nicely separated and nap times for the kids were no problem. It is spacious and very welcoming!

Great Vacation Spot

This property met all of our needs, and then some. The remodel is beautiful! We had 5 adults and 3 kids--plenty of room. Would definitely rent again.

Weekend getaway

This house exceeded expectations. It was very roomy, well decorated and well kept. I love staying in the Sea Colony community and using the walking trails, various pools and easy access to the beach.

Great place! Very clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. Spacious for our family of 6 and to host extended family. Only criticism is a shade in the master shower would have been nice. Jeremy was great to work with! Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property every summer for several years now. It is perfect for our family. We especially appreciate the huge kitchen island and the large dining room table. It is always clean and in excellent repair. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Great Sea Colony Property

Great Sea Colony townhouse located close to the tennis courts and gym! Easy walk/tram ride to beach. House is beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated and the property manager very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Updated Townhome in Sea Colony

Beautiful and well-equipped townhouse in Sea Colony west. You can't beat the Sea Colony amenities, but this townhouse has an updated kitchen that makes a huge difference in comparison to the other townhomes in same neighborhood. Bathrooms are updated, nicely furnished and decorated and very comfortable beds! Jeremy was great to deal with and he called to let us know we could get into the unit early which is a bonus! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay on Lakeshore Dr

From the minute we stepped inside the door, we knew we'd have a wonderful stay in this lovely townhome. The townhome appears newly renovated and well-maintained with an open floor plan. A fresh clean scent was even noted by our teen/tween boys. The unit had everything we needed for the week. The tram stop was close by, but we could walk to the beach if we wanted to. We have been coming to Sea Colony for over 15 years, and this was one of our favorite rental units.

Great property!

This is our 13th year at Sea Colony and our first year staying in this unit. The property is nicely furnished, clean and recently renovated. We had a large (15+) group of friends over for dinner in and we had plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect for our family - tram stop a few steps away, short walk to tennis, market place and fitness center. Jeremy was very responsive (and patient!) when we had an issue with the lockbox. Will definitely be back next year!
