Welcome to our cozy home nestled in a family friendly neighborhood designed with your entire family in mind, including your furry friends. Simply decorated with comfortable furnishings and playful accents that are both child and pet-friendly. Outside, a spacious backyard offers room for your pet to roam safely while the kids play. For added convenience, we provide amenities such as a pack-and-play, children's books and toys, and pet bowls. Great location with I-180 just 5 minutes away. As you step inside, you're greeted by a cozy, wood look and airy living space, tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and playful accents that are both child and pet-friendly. The living room features a large sectional sofa where your family can gather for movie nights. Nearby, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with a high-chair for your little one and easy-to-clean surfaces ideal for meal prep. Through the cove, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a plush queen-sized bed, ensuring everyone sleeps soundly. The second bedroom is perfect for older children, outfitted with a bunk bed and colorful decor and toys that spark imagination. An additional twin size bed is available upon REQUEST. Outside, a spacious backyard offers plenty of room for your pet to roam safely while the kids play and explore. We do offer a small slide and sidewalk chalk. Relax on the screened in porch furniture while keeping an eye on them. The front of the home faces state Route 405 Hwy, which traffic can be heard and the back of the house looks out over a field. We are located walking distance to the Lycoming County Fair. 5 minutes away from a grocery store, Sheetz and Keiss park with a walking path and a great playground. 20 minutes to Williamsport, home of The Little League World Series, and 30 minutes to Lewisburg and Danville. And just 33 minutes from Ricketts Glen State Park which boast of Pennsylvania’s beautiful water falls. Traveling with friends or family and need more space, ask about our second location located right next door! Guest have access to the entire downstairs and back yard. We are a short drive away and can help with anything if needed. Otherwise guests can enjoy their complete privacy. This is a simple space geared towards families. There is not much children or pets can harm. If we don't have something you need please do not be afraid to ask!
