✔️Additional House Rules::

- Age Requirement: The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.
- An offline short-term rental agreement must be signed following the booking confirmation. A security deposit of $1,000 will be held offline two (2) days before check-in. The deposit will be released within fourteen (14) days after check-out, provided no damage to the property is identified.

- Please message us first if you are booking a same-day stay with us to make sure our cabin is ready for you to check in.

- To keep the hot tub fresh and enjoyable for everyone, please avoid using oils, soaps, or colored products while soaking. Our hot tub is serviced every Wednesday, we appreciate your patience if that falls during your stay. Please leave it as clean as you found it. An additional cleaning fee ($225) will apply if this guideline is not followed.

- City trash collection is scheduled on Friday, Saturday, and Monday. (Recycled collections only on Mondays) If you stay with us on these days, we ask guests to pull the trash bins to the curbside before 7 am on scheduled pick-up days.

- We welcome dogs (less than 50lb each). Guests agree to keep their dogs under control at all times. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by dog(s). Dog(s) must be more than 1 year old and crated if left alone in the home. All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. You may ask to provide the vaccination records. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly. If you are staying with us for an extended period, do let us know we can work with you.

- The house has Smart Roku TVs that allow you to access your favorite streaming services. You will need to log in using your credentials.

- Cameras are positioned at the front and around the house to ensure safety and monitor our cleaning and home care partners, ensuring they provide top-notch service. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

- You will likely see and hear critters, bugs, spiders, squirrels, and other insects & animals

- Absolutely NO smoking!!!! in the house. There will be a minimum $750 charge plus cleaning charges if found smoking

- Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies, including toilet paper ( 2 rolls per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll), dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and shampoo & bar soap (travel size 1 per bathroom) Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items (from the local stores or Instacart to the cabin) when the initial supply runs out.

- No refunds for storms, snow, and/or power outages. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. We recommend you come prepared with bottled water and non-perishable items
