Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch swing or unwinding by the stone fireplace in the backyard, you'll quickly feel at home in this perfectly balanced mix of rustic charm and modern comfort.

• Living room with stone gas log fireplace, Smart TV for streaming or cable, and a twin-size sleeper sofa
• Charming and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, and drip-style coffee maker
• Dining area with seating for 4 and breakfast nook with seating for 2
• Covered front porch with porch swing and seating
• Spacious backyard with outdoor stone fireplace, deck with 4-person dining table, refurbished retro shed with teal sink & patio seating, playground equipment with a swing set and slide, hammock under a large shade tree, and a private gate path with direct access to the post office.
