The condo boasts two large screened and glass-enclosed lanais, perfect for enjoying the expansive ocean views, rain or shine. Recently completely renovated and upgraded with new furnishings and decor throughout, this unit offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat unlike any typical rental condo. A 7-night minimum stay is required, with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. This property is truly a special getaway on Sanibel Island, offering the best views and a serene setting for a memorable vacation.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (Cable & streaming available), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, 2 screen/glass enclosed lanais, elevators, covered parking space, 1 tennis & 2 pickleball courts. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. NO cabana use.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
