Just footsteps from the beach, condo E35 has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and was recently completely remodeled and redecorated. The luxurious condo is beautifully decorated and furnished with all the amenities for a comfortable vacation.

Providing 2 spacious bedrooms (beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin) and 2 full bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa, the condo can easily sleep 7 people. The full kitchen and dining area will make you feel right at home. Relax and enjoy the beauty and serenity of Sanibel Island from the screened lanai with its panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

On a white sandy beach, Pointe Santo de Sanibel is an ideal vacation spot for the entire family. The lush tropical landscaping lends itself to a peaceful and restful escape. With pool, tennis courts, hot tub, clubhouse, children's programs there are many things to do and also the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Centrally located on Sanibel Island, Pointe Santo de Sanibel is very convenient to restaurants, bike paths, boat rentals, golf courses, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and wildlife preserves.

Simply outstanding! Condo was extremely comfortable for my family of 4. Beds were comfy and cozy. View and sounds of ocean were all you want from a Sanibel vacation. Property was welcoming, has great amenities, and made you feel spoiled. Host and management company were super quick to respond. I can’t say enough about this place. A great home away from home.

We loved this condo. The owner was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. They made sure we had everything we needed to get our beach vacation started. It was nice to have bathroom and kitchen supplies available for us to use. We also enjoyed all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach tools that were provided.

Fantastic recently renovated unit. Clean and fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. Nicely decorated too. Great front view of the beach and Gulf. Overall building and grounds are newly renovated as well - they invested a lot post hurricane. Great, central location in Sanibel that is convenient to everything. On the bike trail system too. Everyone at the complex we spoke with loved the property. Lots of folks who return year after year.

Fantastic oceanfront condo! New furnishings and decor. Fully stocked kitchen appliances, utensils, cooking equipment, etc. Beds are very comfortable, including the sofa sleeper. Beach towels are provided by the leasing company. Owner’s closet has several beach chairs, umbrellas, shell scoopers. Would 100% stay here again! The only minor annoyance was hearing upstairs neighbors walking around late at night.

The condo was exactly as described and the location couldn’t be beat. We appreciated the owners’ closet having chairs and umbrellas available for use. The pool and beach were steps from the condo and we didn’t even mind the slight construction noise. We loved it!

The host was very pleasant and replied promptly. The condo was very nice except for a spot in the floor where the vinyl plank was cracked. The beds were very comfortable and the condo is nicely decorated. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was provided which was a nice extra. It would be nice to be provided a few extra trash bags and dishwasher pods so these things wouldn’t have to be purchased.
