Oaxaca de Juárez is waiting for you at this lovely bungalow decorated with Asian themed art.

This first story, cozy 1-bedroom, 1 bath retreat offers a solar-heated swimming pool, exercise room, WiFi, and AC for your convenience. Relax in the living room after a day of exploring. Experience what Oaxaca has to offer with a stay at our bungalows.

This is one of 5 bungalows within a walled compound. Your bungalow can sleep up to 4 people. It has a private bedroom with a king size bed (sleeps 2) The king sized bed can be changed to two twin beds with a request in advance.
With a sofa bed (1) in the living room, an additional twin can be added to the spacious area (1).

The bungalow has a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, etc.) with a cook top, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser, and a table for dining. The private bath has both bath and pool towels. Ample storage throughout the bungalow for clothes, suitcases, etc.

Laundry service available at a low cost.

Four other bungalows are on our property making it an ideal place for family or group reunions. Bungalows are spaces throughout the property to maximize privacy and permit guests to live in multi-climate, garden environment with ample outdoor seating for relaxing.

The pool area is surrounded by a desert garden. The pool is solar heated for your comfort. Lounge chairs, umbrella, table and chairs, outdoor bathrooms and a shower make it a lovely place to read, relax and swim. The exercise room is conveniently located in the same area. The (unsupervised) exercise room has treadmill, elliptical, free weights, dumbbells, stability ball, yoga mats, bench, etc.

Our location is just outside of Oaxaca City. We offer airport pick up and return, and shuttle service to El Centro or downtown. Free parking in our enclosed compound is available for guests who wish to rent a car.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We loved the gardens and the team behind our stay. The rooms were also perfect for what we needed. We felt comfortable and safe tge whole time. And a bonus was a free space to safely park our car for the 5 days we stayed.

We recently stayed at Bule Villas. Victor and Debra are wonderful hosts. The check in process was very easy. Victor and Debra were extremely helpful not to mention the beautiful gardens surrounding the villas!!! The location is very good and convenient to everything. I would most definitely stay here again and would recommend staying here to anyone.

The hosts were extremely hospitable, friendly and went out of their way to insure during our stay that their service to shuttle us into the old town or for supplies or medical needs was always available. The kitchen and refrigerator were well stocked. They made sure that laundry was available. The two gardens on the property are stunningly attractive, one with a canopy of shady trees, the other a fascinating desert of cactus and art. A swimming pool and workout area is on the premises. You won't find a better place in Oaxaca!

Our hosts Debra and Victor consistently out performed any expectations we had before arrival. They are extremely knowledgeable of the area and we're able to help us in finding contacts for local guides for area attractions along with excellent recommendations for the best restaurants. The transportation to and from the airport and flexibility of getting us around town was the most valuable amenity to us while staying with them. Not having to arrange for cabs and wondering who your driver will be takes a lot of stress away as a foreigner with little to no knowledge of the local language. st employ.

Why they chose this property

Our property is situated a short distance from Oaxaca City. We offer shuttle service to the town center (El Centro) to make life more convenient. It is away from the noise and chaos of the city. It is quiet and peaceful. Excellent for resting and relaxing after a hard of play in Oaxaca. Our property has several micro-climates with in it. Birds are frequent guests with our large fountain and many flowers to attract them. Hummingbirds are frequent visitors. We have 2 eagles that nest annually on the top of one our pine trees. Our pool area, away from the bungalows, has a gorgeous desert microclimate with a variety of cacti. Geckos wander the property as if they are the owners.
