Great location. Close to beaches, restaurants, etc. Host responded to emails quickly. Several items in the game room needed repairs but didn't interfere with stay. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again

Very nice property. Everything was clean and well laid out. There is another unit in the garage, so if it bothers you to have someone else staying in the same property, then look elsewhere. It was not a problem for us.

Great stay close to all the shops and stores you may need. Not sure why review asks about the ocean view as this property is located inland? None the less this worked out great for our family. We even managed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen with all the pots and pans provided. We really appreciated how close it was to everything and the email updates from management throughout our stay sharing local favorite spots. Would stay again.

Just as advertised. Extremely clean and well equipped. Location close to the beaches that we required. Nice to have room to move around instead of a small hotel room. Would definitely book again if we return to Venice. Thanks for a great 2 weeks.

Great house at fantastic price

Loved everything about this house except for a couple of items: I recommended to the owner to put soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc in the house for the guests. Also, the instructions said to use the back door to get in, so after several phone calls we got it all straightened out (use the code for the front door) and we got in.The house is very clean and nice. Price was excellent. Location was great. It takes about 8 minutes or so to drive to the beach, but it was no big deal and parking was available, so we enjoyed our stay immensely.

So. Many. Issues. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else!!! Day one, found blood stain on comforter, stains on sheets, visible hair in tub drain, disgusting shower curtain .. Reached out to owner - no apology, but offered to “drop off” some items the following day.. I purchased bedding for us to use that same night, needed to sleep.. instead of replacing the shower curtain, she left it at the door.. I’m supposed to handle someone else’s dirty curtain..? Yuck.. and she didn’t bother cleaning the hair from the drains.. first time using the bath towels, they smelled like body odor — so gross! I had to buy detergent and wash EVERYTHING! As part of the check out process, owner expects you to throw in a load of towels to wash.. clearly, whoever “washed” ours didn’t bother to use detergent… so gross.. this was only the beginning of this nightmare of a stay.. there is junk and a bunch of clutter (old dresser, old paint cans, old tile, dirty mop bucket and mop)in the fours season porch area, unusable as it’s unpleasant to sit in.. pans in kitchen need to be tossed, everything sticks.. had to purchase one at Walmart for us to use.. there was a ziploc bag of white powder in the four season porch.. seems like a hazard, especially to a family like us who was traveling with kids .. the window in one of the bedrooms had a cracked window that was taped.. would have been wise to repair this prior to letting someone rent the home.. not safe.. Not enough space to write everything out!

This guest was very appreciate when we responded so quickly to inform her we had new linens to replace the old but didn't get there in time before her check-in. She never reported any of these issues until after leaving. We would have sent someone out right away to take care of these issues. VRBO was involved and evidently this isn't the first time she has done this kind of thing.

The house was clean, but there were a few things that made our stay difficult. The only give you one towel per person. The towels are old and thin. No functioning water or ice machine in fridge so we had to go out and get bottled water. There is an apartment attached to this house that was not evident on the site. They did not put the top sheets on the beds. They make you take off all sheets before you check out. Also it was loud outside, very thin windows.
