Lawrence is a great host, accessible from start to finish and the location is excellent. It was especially nice to have 2 parking spots to facilitate meeting up with family and friends from different locations. I would stay here again for a similar trip.

I extremely appreciate how communicative the host was, from booking, to check-in, all the way through check-out. The place was spectacular. It was a perfect, quiet location and close to all our favorite spots. The place was clean, comfortable and I loved all the thoughtful amenities like the stocked kitchen, condiments in the fridge, the cute, beachy decor, extra blankets and pillows, plenty of towels and garment racks in each bedroom. My family has been vacationing in Hampton Beach for 15 years and have stayed in tons of different places and this one has been our favorite. Would definitely book again! Thank you for making our beach vacation relaxing and worry-free.
