The updated kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both a Keurig and standard coffee maker. An open floor plan on the main level makes it easy for families to gather and enjoy time together.

Sleeping accommodations include a downstairs guest room with a queen bed and full hallway bath, an upstairs guest room with twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private bath, and a primary suite with a king bed and private bath featuring a walk-in tiled shower.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. • Maximum occupancy is 8.
• One designated parking space located in front of Building 2, with additional parking available in the open lot.
• There is a set of stairs to access the condo and another set inside. No elevator access, so it may not be suitable for all guests.
• This is a smoke-free and pet-free property.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi and linens are provided.
• This property does not have access to the Wild Dunes pool or gym—only the Mariners Walk pool.
