Welcome to this very spacious, updated tri-Level Villa in the heart of Wild Dunes overlooking the pool and spectacular Ocean Views! You are only steps away from the community pool and the beach. Three Bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two decks with great views. This is the perfect condo, with its open plan design for family gatherings or if you wish to spend a month or two during the winter when it's too cold up North. You cannot beat the location. You will find it is less than 30 minutes from Charleston Airport and downtown Charleston where you will find world class restaurants, galleries and constant events and entertainment. Amenities include Large screen ROKU TV in the Living Room, Washer/Dryer, TVs in each bedroom, Tile floors throughout, Cable TV & Flat Screens in each room, DVD, DVR, DVD collection, board games. Extra Half Bath on first floor which is not available in similar units. Beautifully landscaped complex w/access to community pool and charcoal grills. Linens and Amenities are Included. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Very spacious place with great accommodations and amazing view. Very convenient location, everything you need is very close. I definitely will consider to stay in this property again. Me , my daughters and friends had a great time!

Great location

The condo is in a great location, with easy access to the beach. The property company was great to work with too. We loved our week there! The condo does feel a little “worn”- cracked kitchen tiles, small holes in the wall, scuff marks on walls, etc, but is a rental so can somewhat be expected.

Great beachfront property!

The condo was clean and well cared for. Nice to have great pots and utensils to cook breakfast and dinner sometimes. Pools was really nice and beach was beautiful. Nice to be just a short drive into Charleston. Very comfortable for 5 adults. Highly recomend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were mostly pleased with the place. Slept 6-8 people but only had 5 forks. What’s up with this? I guess the owner doesn’t entertain much. Also please get a new thermostat for upper levels. This one is impossible to figure out.

Great Location, Very nice Condo

The Condo is in a great location with access to the beach, pool at the end of Isle of Palms. Check in was easy and the condo easily slept our 8 adults. My only complaint would be that there should be more forks and knives than just 8.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for families! The location was great. Property was just as the photos showed. Assigned parking spot was in a nice shady area. Close to the pool and beach. Only caveat about the unit is that the upstairs primary bedroom does get warmer than the rest of the unit. You’ll need to keep drapes closed during the day to minimize heat. Kitchen has plenty of pots and pans to cook dinner, but I’d recommend property managers add salt and pepper to the spice rack. The resort was fantastic. We’d come back.

Nice view of the pool & ocean from balcony(s). Beach was close walking distance (great for small kids) and the beach was nice. I would definitely recommend paying extra for setup of umbrellas & chairs on the beach. The condo could use several updates (some patio furniture was broken, not a good variety of kitchen utensils/lots of miss matched dishes, furniture worn, etc.). We just expected better condition overall of the condo for the price paid. We would go back to the condo complex - but would try another condo.

The condo was not as listed. There were broken floor tiles, the master bathroom toilet is very loose and wobbles badly, the condo is in need of drywall work and paint, also the kitchen is not stocked well at all, there were only around 6 glasses and very little forks and spoons, after walking thru the first floor with now shoes on my white socks were black on the bottom, not clean at all. When we arrived on Thursday afternoon the 2nd and 3rd floor were pretty hot, we figured it would cool off by the time we got back from supper, when we got back it was even warmer and the thermostat on the and floor was flashing “filter”. We called the after hours maintenance number and received a call back from the renting agent saying they would send someone the next day. We all slept on the 2 couches on the first floor, it was way to hot to sleep in the bedrooms. This should have been addressed before we arrived. The hvac guy came out Friday morning , turns out the thermostat was bad and had to be replaced. Great guy. It’s pretty bad to spend this amount of money and have to sleep on the couches because the AC doesn’t work. We would definately not recomend this property. Lot of money for a unkept rental.

Struggling to rectify a poor review

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the condo I realized it was dirty. The bannister was black with dirt and the kitchen cabinets were covered with food. The spice rack was dirty so I didn’t want to use anything and got busy cleaning. Then the running toilet saga started. The maintenance people interrupted my stay 7 times to address a high water bill, finally deciding to replace the inside of the master toilet. The toilet never worked right again. I should of guess that I ended my 2 month stay with an infestation of cockroaches.

Not our favorite Wild Dunes property

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Based on previous 3 bed 3 bath properties we have stayed at, we were disappointed in this one. Most importantly the Wi-Fi was not sufficient for our needs. We couldn't run multiple TVS or rely on it for important computer work unless we were sitting right next to the modem. Also, the kitchen layout was difficult and the ceiling in one of the bedrooms was crumbling. Finally, the outside water in the complex was off for at least 4 days. We had a fun vacation nonetheless.

Great Space and Beach Access

The condo was comfortable and met our needs in regard to kitchen and living space. The floors needed a good wash downstairs and there are nails in the stairs to the second floor that need to be hammered back into the steps. It could use some touch-up painting and there are many cracks in the tile floors in the kitchen. I paid for the privacy and beach access, so was overall very satisfied with the property.

Condo not ready for prime time, Island Realty not responsive

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in many condos in Wild Dunes, usually booked through Island Realty (IR). We've never had a problem with the condos or IR. But this condo, which sleeps up to 8 was very disappointing. Not enough silverware for five people to get thru 1 day. Broken 12x12 tile in the kitchen with chips that tear bare feet. Three stair treads to 2nd floor with nails protruding in the middle that snag bare feet. A dryer that doesn't work. Filthy floors that need desperately need mopping. Not enough bath and hand towels and wash clothes. Contacted IR via text and email to fix all of these issues and NO RESPONSE. Also the twin bed in the 2nd floor bedroom has BED BUGS. Will totally reconsider using Island Realty ever again. IR is usually responsive but this time we heard nothing!

However, it is in need of refreshing from replacing all chipped dishes and mismatched flatware, a dining table that is not attached to the base, rug tape on the living room floor, chipped tile throughout, nail pops on the staircase, bathrooms with mold on fixtures, a noisy furnace, a missing door to the washer/dryer closet and stained furniture throughout. We had difficulty with the tv unit and heating (winter rental) that required service several times. Island Realty was quick in trying to resolve some of the issues

Mariner's Walk Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the property, perfect for a smaller group. The living room and balcony were awesome for group hang outs. The only downside is the unit is loud and most noises can be heard in the twin sized bedroom, since it's windows overlook the living room. The appliances need some work, most of them are outdated, and the AC unit in the kitchen blows so loud you have to turn the tv up loud when it's on. Would rent again due to price and location.
