Open floor plan with 4 stories; primary sink with footed tub and marble shower. Basement gym with air hockey / tv / couch area. Dine or lounge on wrap-around porch. Sonos sound system throughout yard and house. Short walk to train, town, and water. Beds for 12. Linens / everything for entertaining included.
