Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This two-story Fazio villa boasts peaceful golf course views and is perfect for a family vacation. With close proximity to the spectacular beaches of Palmetto Dunes with new furnishings, flooring and remodeled baths, and an oversized covered deck overlooking fairway views.

The living room features a 41-inch flat-screen TV, ample comfortable seating with a new sectional sofa, and sliding doors that open to a covered deck.

The kitchen is well-equipped for all your culinary needs, and the dining area is open to both the living area and the kitchen. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bath with a newer walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and includes a private balcony. The third bedroom features a bunk bed - twin over King with a twin trundle. They both share a newly remodeled Jack and Jill Bathroom.

Fazio Golf Villas are just a short walk from the beach in Palmetto Dunes.

Guests can enjoy access to one of the two pools in the complex. These villas are conveniently close to all the amenities Palmetto Dunes offers, including golfing, tennis, fishing, and miles of bike paths.

The Best Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful house with each room as beautiful as the next. We loved how it was decorated. We also loved looking out the huge windows to the golf course. We loved how the kitchen had all the small appliances we needed and all the pans and utensils as well. The table space inside and out was perfect fact all 8’of us. The location was perfect for going to the beach, General Store walking or Alexander’s. We especially loved Island Time for constantly checking in before our visit but also after. Your agency made our visit very special.

Furnishings were in excellent condition. Kitchen was well stocked and everything seemed to be brand new. Appliances were brand new as well. The main living area is very spacious. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room! Views are beautiful. Online pictures do not do this property justice. It is very bright and welcoming. The location was perfect for us. Beach, Pickleball, tennis, golf, general store and Alexanders restaurant all within a 5 minute bike ride or and easy walk. We would book this unit again.
