Absolutely amazing

Everything was wonderful. The hosts personally met us at the property. They were so friendly and helpful with recommendations for local places to eat. The house is perfect, very homey and didn't lack for anything. They remembered all the details. The back porch and view was breathtaking..perfect for drinking coffee in the morning.

Exactly As Described and Outstanding Service

We have stayed at several places all over the country and this one was outstanding. It was exactly as described and they went above and beyond to help out our stay. The process for check in and out went smoothly and no pressure at all. This is a place I would recommend to anyone to stay and would stay again myself in a heartbeat!!

Wonderful VRBO stay

This home was excellent for our 31 day stay. The home was well furnished and very cozy. Close to the Ark Encounter where we worked. Jeff and Tammi, our hosts, were the best.

Quiet and Clean

The property is almost new and is absolutely perfect for a small family, or just for two. My wife and I stayed here while we visited the Ark and the location is perfect. Very quiet and the little house is perfect. You will not be disappointed.

Brand new with many extras. Beautiful cottage, great location & the owners thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The owners hospitality was exceptional!! Best place I've ever stayed. We will be back!!

2 day stay

Our stay couldn't have been better. Jeff has included everything one needs to feel at home, no shortcuts were taken in furnishing the accommodations. Top quality in everything from the linens to the furniture to the appliances. Lovely view from the deck and close to town but yet far enough away for piece and quiet. Jeff was very attentive to us. Couldn't give a higher rating to Jeff and his rental house.

Top Notch rental

Beautiful home, perfect location for visiting the Ark. I would rent here again in a heart beat! Check in was so easy and Jeff responds within minutes when contacted, he is a great host with excellent communication. The house has everything that you need and even has little extras not mentioned in the posting. Beds were comfortable, and the whole place is very clean. Nice quiet area, was pleasantly delighted with the rental, and great value for what you get.

Our stay at this property was so relaxing and the location was very convenient to everything we had planned. The property and house is beautiful. The host was super to meet us with the key and introduced himself. He was available for any questions we had and answered all of our questions. Check in and out was also an easy process. This is a pretty new property. The overall experience was a 20/10.

Top Notch House and Location for Ark Encounter!

From the time you pull up to the property to the time you step through the door this place is amazing! The land is so peaceful and relaxing! The house is amazing! So clean and new, it was so relaxing walking into this house! It had everything you need and the back porch view was awesome! The owner was very responsive in communicating and welcoming! The location is great and it was minutes from the Ark Encounter! We will definitely be back!
