I have a video walk through of it before you were in there and after you were in there if posting needs to happen. You never once communicated what the issues were and again all specifications are listen that it is above a restaurant sorry we do not supply an elevator. Maybe read descriptions more before booking. No refund will be issued at this time. You were in a bed and showered and used a towel so it was your own choice not to stay and not the properties responsibility.
