The brick ranch home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is 1,700sq ft of living space to enjoy. The home has basic appliances available to use such as a toaster, crock-pot, and air fryer. The carport has been turned into an expansive outdoor living space to enjoy and relax in (outdoor smart TV and outdoor games including corn hole provided)

Awesome place to stay near Lake Lanier. Me and some friends stayed here for a bass tournament this weekend. The property had plenty of room for our boats and was very clean. I would totally stay here again.

Home was very nice and both it and the property, as a whole, were very well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Laundry was nice. Street was very busy and also somewhat noisy at times. Sink in master bath was draining very slowly and needs to be checked. Also, was surprised that there was no dresser or chest of drawers in master bedroom. Overall we were pleased with the property and would stay there again.
