3 BR Beautiful Lake View Home

Relax with the family and/or friends at this peaceful and beautiful place. Our home is one of the first eight significant homes in Lake Forest Park with a grand view of Lake Washington. There's a 300 SF sunroom with a vaulted ceiling and 180 degree view of the lake where you can watch deer and bunnies grazing on the lawn, bald eagles flying, and seaplanes landing and taking off. Built in 1913, our home was once owned by the UW Dean, whose efforts established the Washington Park Arboretum.

Please park your car on the right side in the carport. For 2 cars, park in tandem. Please do not park on the left side or block access of other guest.
Before check out, please gather all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Please pile all used towels on the bathroom floor.
