Beautiful Casa Linda! Updated ground floor 2/2 steps from the beach.

**Please note during the summer months stays longer than 2 weeks aren’t permitted.** Beautifully updated, fully stocked ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at fabulous Coral Cay. Hear the ocean from the back patio. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway in Port Aransas is here. The ocean is just over the dunes--a short hop over the private beach boardwalk. (Less than 2 min from back patio to toes in the sand. I timed it!!). We are excited to be able to share our home by the sea. Come enjoy beautiful Port A!
First bedroom has Queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combo. Second bedroom is a bunk room with a full-sized bottom bunk, twin top bunk, and stand alone full-sized bed. Full hall bath with tub/shower combo. Bath linens are provided, including beach towels. . Fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to make a meal at home (including a Keurig machine for easy coffee anytime and a Margaritaville beverage machine for tropical drinks and sno cones! Open, light-filled dining/living area with view to back patio and the gorgeous Mustang Island dunes. Cable tv, Blue-Ray player, and wireless internet included. Property amenities include: two pools (one heated in the winter!), new pickle ball court, beautifully landscaped grounds, covered picnic areas, grills, clubhouse, and onsite coin operated laundry. Perfect Beach Retreat

This beach front home was perfect for our needs. The condo was fully furnished with all our needs and had cute beach decor throughout. We were surprised at how the bedrooms and living spaces fit our family of 5 very comfortably. And the beach was just a short walk across the boardwalk. Planning on visiting again!

Winter Texans

Casa Linda was a great place to escape our cold, grey winter. Access to the beach for long walks was so easy and a factor in our rental decision. The view of the sand dunes with kites flying high in the sky was a bonus. The condo is nicely equipped for cooking and overall comfort. We liked the location being away from the center of town, but just a short drive to restaurants and stores. Definitely would recommend! beach was wonderful!

Exactly what we were looking for

My family loved this property. 1st floor unit makes it easy to get in & out especially with luggage, groceries, beach stuff, etc. Loved that the walk to the beach was so close, not even 5 minutes. And the property pool was nice too.

Really nice close to the beach!

Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Linda. Very nice condo very close to the beach. Probably 300 ft to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool too. Peaceful and quite. Will be coming back.

The condo is beautifully decorated! We definitely will stay there again! The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was that the kitchen counter had crumbs on it. The rest of the condo was very clean!

Easy stay 4 beach vacay

Unreal access to the beach! It couldn’t be easier (the towels, sand toys and 2 beach chairs were awesome). We had everything we needed. Love that the 2 bedrooms are separated by bathrooms and closets. Comfy sofa, plenty of utensils, lots of towels, super clean. Hope to come back!

Awesome Place!

I loved how close the condo was to the beach. It’s literally a 2 minute walk. The condo was beautiful and decorated very nicely. The rooms had plenty of room and were very clean when we arrived. The best part for me was the Margaritaville machine! I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something close to beach.

A Natural Getaway in Port A

My adult son and I stayed at Casa Linda for Mother's Day Weekend. We had gone to Coral Cay when he was growing up and so it brought back so many good memories: listening to the waves, the dunes brimming with flowers, birds, and fireflies, and so close to a walk on the beach. The condo was clean, nicely designed and furnished, and seemed to be brand new. Lucy was a wonderful host. We enjoyed our weekend immensely!

Casa Linda is a beautiful condo with perfect accessibility to the beach! The unit has been beautifully remodeled and looks brand new! Plenty of room and has more shared items than most vacation rentals provide. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, and kitchen utensils. Felt like home! Would definitely stay here again! Love this Condo!

Best, most convenient location you can have! Ground floor, closest to the nice, short boardwalk. Takes 3 minutes at most to walk into the ocean from the patio door. Then there is the high quality of the accomodations: beautifully furnished and maintained. We book this same unit every year! Thanks Lucy!

We love PA and the location of Casa Linda is prime. Access to the beach is amazing. We like walking the beach and enjoy seeing the kites. Late at night, we saw lots of fireflies on the dune from the patio. Casa Linda is a sweet, comfortable home we enjoyed sharing with several family members during our 6 week stay. We are a San Antonio family who loves Port Aransas and can't believe our good fortune to own a condo here. We are happy to share it with our guests and hope you will call it home, too, and visit us again and again. Our precious family condo was a complete loss after Hurricane Harvey. It has been a rough and long road back, but we did it and are thrilled to be able to return to our home and share it with you!

Our son is the 5th generation to experience Port Aransas. I have been coming here since I was 6 weeks old and LOVE the quaint, welcoming community that is Port A. Our condo is very dear to us and we are proud to share it. Come experience Port Aransas at Casa Linda, and learn to love it, too. We look forward to having you!

What makes this property unique

Coral Cay is a beautifully landscaped 7 acre property. Our condo is on the ground floor in a beachfront building. There are 2 pools (one heated in the winter!), pickleball court, lots of grassy areas, BBQ grills, outdoor shower, and clubhouse. Being steps away from the beach boardwalk and hearing the ocean sounds from the back patio is an added bonus.
