A beautiful place to relax

A two bedroom detached property on one floor, with ample storage, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. A very large lounge/dining area with two large sofas (one is a 3rd bed) a dining table and chairs and a reclining chair. The panoramic full height windows overlook the sea. The only improvements I would suggest are: a blind over the right hand window. If you want to sit on the main sofa looking out over the sea, the sun comes down through the right window and is blinding. This also means (should you want to) you can’t see the TV until full dark. One full size bed would be good. We didn’t struggle and it’s not a complaint, but it would be nice. We will book again ASAP. We came from England to get married in the forest while staying at the Boathouse and it was the perfect place for our wedding night and first day of our honeymoon. Thank you.

A great place to relax & explore.

We had a great stay at the Boathouse. The house is immaculately clean and has all you need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms spotless. The views from the living room are spectacular and its only a short walk to Trinidad State Beach which is well worth a visit. We explored the Redwood forest from here, only a short drive, which was the highlight of our trip. There are many trails and walks to explore but our favourite was the walk around Trinidad Head. We would certainly recommend staying at this property as we can't find fault in either the house or location.

Views, views, views!!!

Amazing views, well appointed kitchen with so many useful pans and pots! The beds were comfy and the couches were great! Our Girl’s Trip group of 4 have been getting together every year for over 30 years and truly appreciate a place to puzzle, play games and walk trails nearby! Trinidad is a great place to visit and wish we could have stayed longer. The emails and the information sent to us by the property manager early on were all we needed for our stay! Thank you for the efficiency!

Most beautiful outdoor oceanfront deck with a nice home attached.

Former California resident visiting from Atlanta. This was an amazing place to stay as we traveled the beaches and redwoods North of Eureka. Very conveniently to excellent grocery store and restaurants. We celebrated birthdays and cooked in the well equipped kitchen. The local flowers are beautiful. But mostly, we visited on the incredible front deck, and walked around the very special neighborhood.

Cozy Place to Chill

This was our 4th time at the Boathouse and it didn't disappoint. As always, the place was spotless when we arrived. We just love the cozy vibe and the breathtaking views. The hike around Trinidad Head never gets old. And there's so much else to explore. Walks on the beach, hikes in the Redwoods. We'll be back again.
