This beautiful home features a unique combination of anemities with its fantastic proximity to the beach, 8-person hot tub, 4 deck levels, panoramic view from the crow's nest, game room, and two-unit living areas.

In the UPPER LEVEL you will find a fully updated kitchen with quartz countertops and dining area. Relax on the comfortable leather couches! Three king bedrooms and the master connects to a bonus room with two full beds and an outdoor deck! Two full bathrooms.

The LOWER LEVEL contains a bedroom with a king bed and two twins, a full bathroom, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sink and coffee maker. The game room contains arcade pacman, soft-tip dart board, professional foosball game, game table, board games and puzzles.

You will definitely enjoy the 4-tiered decking where you will find the crow's nest, two hammocks, rocking chairs, round picnic table and a variety of chairs.

*Cancellation policy is full refund within 60 days of check-in minus the credit card processing fee.

Rental Agreement & Security Deposit
After booking, guests are required to sign our short rental agreement electronically. A $300 security deposit hold is placed on the credit card 2 days before arrival and is automatically released within 3 days after departure, pending no damage or excessive cleaning. This is an authorization hold only, not a charge.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I love that this house only has King beds- it makes it so much more comfortable for several couples, and there are some kids beds too. The beach is right around the corner, and the house is really great for a family get together

Just returned home from a week at Rise and Shine and had a fantastic time! My daughter and I were there for a week and although the weather could have been better, the house was beautiful and the location was near everything needed. The owners were also very helpful and friendly and were quick to respond to our questions. Did not disappoint! We will definitely return next year!

Great location! The beach was just a short walk away. There was plenty of space in the house and the rooms and beds were clean. The hot tub was relaxing and the game room was a fun hangout spot for our kids. Our only suggestion would be to provide more dishes to accommodate the number of guests staying in the house— we found ourselves washing dishes after every meal. Future guests may want to bring along paper plates and cups. Other than that, everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay!

Such a beautiful house and great location! We had EVERYTHING we needed and then some. I always bring my own sheets because sometimes when linens are provided they're very starchy and rough, but not here and that was a great surprise. Our family (all adults) were all very comfortable and having the downstairs separate was great for the night before my son's wedding. 10/10 would stay here again!

Family vacation to the OBX

My family and I had a wonderful time visiting the Outer Banks! Monica made the process from start to finish very seamless and was very responsive with any questions we had. The home is newly renovated and extremely spacious! We enjoyed having family dinners out on the multilevel deck. There are two access points to the beach within walking distance to the home which made our beach days convenient. I would highly recommend this home to anyone vacationing in the Outer Banks!

We loved Rise & Shine! It looked just as shown in the pictures. Monica appropriately lists what she provides and what she doesn't so there were no surprises or lack of a necessary item. Lots of room inside and outside. It was so close to the beach and easy to walk to. I did not realize that the game room was a totally separate unit and could not be accessed from the top unit but that was my bad as it states that in the description. Our young grandkids couldn't go there by themselves. We would most definitely rent the house again. Monica was great!

Great house and location!

This house was perfect. Downstairs was perfect for my parents due to the fact my dad cannot do stairs and my 8 year old loved the games. It is a perfect location. We went 1 direction to our favorite place - Ocracoke and another day went the opposite direction to see the wild horses. Communication was great and the house is so clean. It has everything you can imagine in the kitchen and they even have beach items if you need them. You really do not have to bring very much at all. We brought all our stuff and we did not need to bring half of what we did.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Rise and Shine and loved how close we were to the beach! Truly a perfect location and close to lots of great restaurants and stores. The home was IMMACULATE, very spacious, and the decor was really well done- so modern and cozy. It had fun add-ons like a crow’s nest upstairs, comfortable porches, a hot tub, hammock, outdoor shower, and laundry room. The downstairs is like another house in itself with a great game area and layout! The host was excellent with communication and providing details, and had everything labeled at the home to make things easy to find and use. Highly recommend this home- we would definitely LOVE to stay here again!!

Rise and shine

We enjoyed the place very much. Only 2 min walk to beach access. Even though not a front row rental, it still had the front row view watching the sunrise. We enjoyed the beach every day and even saw dolphins. It was our 1st bringing our pet and she did very well. Only issue was, for pets the lawn was very difficult for my girl as it had thorns all over and would get stuck on her fur or pads of her feet. So we had to walk her down the road and/or over to the beach for her to do her business. Other than that, we loved it, would highly recommend it and would do it again! OBX

We bought this property primarily for the great location and the two beach accesses! The panoramic view from the crow's nest was the icing on the cake! When we vacation with family and friends having an area for privacy is priceless and the two separate units provide an avenue for privacy and also areas for gathering together. We are happy to be able to provide a game room for rainy day entertainment.
