The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Checkout Time: 10:00AM EST
1. Place all used towels near the washer/dryer in the back living room
2. Bag and tie all trash and recycling, and place it in the bins outside
3. Turn off all lights
4. Strip all used sheets/pillow cases and place them near the washer/dryer
5. Pick up after your pet and throw out waste appropriately
6. Leave back door key on the counter
7. Clean out refrigerator
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
