Perfect location where you don't actually need a car and if you have one, we have a private off-street parking space for you. Saltwater pool, lush landscaping, open kitchen, fire-pit, grill, private office/workout room, outdoor tv on screened-in porch, on-street and landscaped garden that feels like you are on safari in the city; this house is a relaxing escape that has it all.

Great location and fabulous pool

Had a great couple of weeks staying here. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Trader Joe’s and a 5 min drive to downtown St Pete where I was working. Property was well presented and the pool area is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Place was perfect for our swim meet needs. Stocked with shampoo and conditioner, spices for cooking. Before you go out to buy towels thinking there are no towels, double check the washer and dryer. The cleaners had left them in there. There were no beach towels, so bring those! The pots and pans were not great and we did go out and buy some while we were there but not a deal breaker for us. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Beds were comfortable. The spa was broken while we were there so hopefully they get that fixed soon. We were able to enjoy the pool. The outside of this house is an oasis!!! The master shower was amazing and the whole family ended up using this shower…lol. We would stay again as we loved the location of this house!!

This was the perfect environment and welcoming home to have selected for our family reunion over the Christmas holiday. Everything is just as depicted in the photos, and details are tended to such as fresh, white, fluffy towels, kitchen amenities, and we were able to relax completely during our stay. Being in the home actually makes you feel as though you’re in the Florida Keys! The neighborhood is adorable and very walkable plus it is extremely close, a short drive, to downtown Saint Pete.There are lots of areas throughout the inside as well as the outside of the home to gather in conversation. And the energy within the home is certainly reflective of how attentive Benny was to any thoughts or questions we had throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again! What a treat!
