We had an amazing stay! The location truly couldn't be beat. We visited over Memorial Day weekend when Springdale and Zion were extremely crowded, but staying here made everything so easy. The bike rental shop right behind the property was a huge bonus—we were able to grab bikes each morning, skip the long shuttle lines, and ride straight into the park. It was by far the best way to experience Zion during a busy holiday weekend.After long days of hiking, it was wonderful to come back, cook dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, and relax. Our favorite part was enjoying coffee on the balcony each morning while taking in the incredible scenic views.If you're looking for a comfortable place in an unbeatable location with easy access to the park, we highly recommend staying here. We would absolutely stay again!

Very nice property with everything you need right there. We had a great time and enjoyed being just a short walk from the park entrance. Beautiful view of the surrounding canyon wall to wake up to in the morning!

Anniversary Trip

We love staying in Springdale. We go every year on our anniversary. We chose to stay at this location due to watching this place be built from the ground up. The owner Trevor is a kind man and his daughters help run the businesses below. It’s an amazing atmosphere and location. We will come back many more times.

Clean and nicely appointed studio nestled in the canyon. Can't be sitting on the private deck with an unobstructed view of the Watchman. Everything you need is there - coffee, food, deserts, bike rental... The entrance to the park is walking distance. Highly recommended!

Amazing location!! Truly, breathtaking views. You are less than a 5 min walk to the main entrance of Zion National Park which means you get to bypass the parking and traffic. Walking distance to almost any restaurant in town. Coffee shop & smoothies directly below the unit. The unit was as described. Clean, modern, cozy. My only feedback was the kitchen was a little lacking. Nothing major, but if you’re wanting to cook more than go out, you may be missing a few essentials like measuring cups/spoons. There is a kuerig coffee machine and a French press-no coffee pot. The host was able to accommodate a later check out which was so nice. Overall, a great location & really great place to stay.

Incredible stay and the hosts were very responsive when in need. The biggest issue was the communication between Expedia and the property hosts. We were 3 hours from check in an no Check In instructions were sent and they would have unless I tried to contact host directly. If you can book through a more reliable source than Expedia, I’d recommend .

Location!

Best part is the location! Parking is a premium in Zion. This place has a reserved parking spot so all you have to do is grab a coffee at the next door and walk to the park. It’s only a 1/2 mile walk which was easier for us than taking the Springdale shuttle. Once at the visitor center you can take the NP shuttle to where you want to go. Another option is to rent an e-bike from the spot behind the VRBO and then go into the park that way. If we could do it again, we’d go the e-bike route. Place was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on porch in the evening after a long day of hiking and watching the sun go down on the cliffs. Highly recommend!
