Completely remodeled in 2015, A Stone's Throw Away Cottage features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is steps to the beach. Private heated pool, heated for your comfort during the cooler months, with outdoor lounging, gas grill and dining areas. Hurricane impact windows and doors provide for a very quiet environment. Master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed. Separate den with love seat and desk. Beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of areas for dining and entertaining.

Juno Beach getaway….

The property was absolutely amazing and the owner was incredible to deal with no issues at all. I was disappointed with the beach, as it was extremely shelly and could not walk or swim in the general area of the home.

Mark, thank you for your wonderful comments regarding our property and appreciation in general. In regards to the shelliness of our beach, both Juno and Jupiter beaches usually have minimal shells. Mother Nature, however, is unpredictable and tides and currents can at times bring in unusual amounts of shells but when this occurs, it's normally temporary. We've been at the beach by our property recently and most all of the shells have washed back out to sea. Hopefully you will consider this area again for a future beach vacation.

WOW!

We had a great stay at this adorable cottage just steps to the beach. We were greeted by the owner, Jeremy, who showed us around the property, which was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a week vacation. The private yard had a lovely covered patio, heated pool and lush landscaping. If you are looking for a special property with a fantastic host, we highly recommend A Stone's Throw!

Our Week in Juno

Lovely house, very clean, bedding was great, very nicely decorated both inside and out. Very close to the beach and nice walks. Only complaint was mosquitos were horrible and we both got bit which somewhat spoiled our time outside. Kitchen was well appointed except for plastic wrap, tin foil and ziplocks.

Denise and Frank, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are sorry that mosquitoes were an issue during your stay. As a background story, last year we decided to place mulch around all our garden beds to further enhance the beauty of the vegetation and in so doing, we didn’t realize, until after winter and the warmer humid weather began this spring, that dampness within the mulch attracts mosquitoes, thus creating a more favorable environment for them. Over the past several weeks we have been removing all the mulch and spraying the grounds as a preventative measure. We have also contracted with a pest control service to implement a new mosquito control system, which they will monitor monthly. Having said that, due to the tropical nature of Florida and the fact that we have lush tropical vegetation throughout our property, we may never be able to completely eliminate all mosquitoes but we are making every effort to create an outdoor environment that is both beautiful and pleasurable for all of our guests.
