Relax and unwind with family and friends in this spacious and serene property, newly built in 2024! Quick access to Moutardier Marina - within 1 mile and only 27 miles to Mammoth Cave. Enjoy over 3,400 finished square feet, a huge covered/screened deck, and large wrap around porch. After cooking out on the Blackstone grill, take a break in the spacious hot tub or get cozy on the screen porch! All rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions. Four guest rooms feature king size beds and the bunk room hosts three full over full bunks. After your adventures at the lake or Mammoth Cave, the lower level movie room is so cozy! We can't wait to host you and your fellow travelers!!

Great place to stay for a family trip. Lots of space for the adults and things to do in the house to entertain the kids. The Marina was super close to us which was great for renting a boat. The host was great and house was well stocked with essentials.

Wonderful property. We were able to enjoy many of the activities around the area. Mammoth cave and all of its trails along with the very convenient marina at the end of the road. The property was very well equipped for everything we needed. Great space to enjoy inside and outside. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions we had during or before our stay. Definitely will keep this property in mind to recommend to others traveling to the area.

Wonderful vacation home for our large group!

My husband and I and our adult children rented this as our last getaway before our first grandbabies come. This was the perfect home for us to relax in and spend some quality time together. The pictures online are beautiful, but they really do not do it justice. The home is literally like something you'd see in a magazine but also the most cozy and well-equipped home we've ever stayed in. There were plenty of bath towels for all 8 of us and they were great quality! We had everything we needed for cooking, including a Blackstone grill, a fire pit, and a large gas stove. The home was located in a quiet area on a dead-end street and it was a reasonable drive to many attractions. Overall we'd rate this property a 10/10, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, were sad to leave, and would definitely rent here again!
