Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry the AC issue affected your comfort and kept you from fully enjoying the cabin. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially during a trip you had been looking forward to. As soon as you reached out, we contacted multiple HVAC professionals, arranged several service visits, and purchased portable AC units and fans to help. We stayed in communication with you and gave you the option to continue your stay or leave early if you felt uncomfortable. When you chose to leave one night early, we processed the refund as discussed. While we genuinely tried everything available to us at the time, we fully recognize that the cabin was still warmer than it should have been, and we are truly sorry. Since your stay, we have replaced the entire HVAC system with a brand-new unit to make sure the issue has been completely resolved. We appreciate your kind words about the cabin and its location, and we’re sorry you weren’t able to experience the stay as intended. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your feedback.
