The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All used towels hanging behind bathroom door. Please remove all garbage/recycling & place in the black bin at road side. Recycling to one side, garbage to the other & bin lid is closed securely.
All used linnens can be left on the bed. All dishes are to be washed and put away please. All water craft placed back on the rack.
Please ensure the Fireplace is Off and the wall mounted HVAC unit is set @ 22°. All doors/windows are closed/locked & all lights off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A beautiful cozy cottage, perfect for small groups. You feel at home right away! Great layout, fireplace and lighting to set the vibe. Hot tub and outdoor fire pit are perfect for a winter adventure, plus being able to bring the pup is a huge bonus! Mark (host) was super communicative and checked up on us while we weathered a winter storm at the cottage. 12/10 experience and will be back!

My Cozy Cotty experience was amazing. As soon as you arrive & walk into the cottage you feel welcomed & relaxed - from the interior decor, direct view to the lake and attention to detail throughout the cottage. Mark & Stephanie were amazing hosts who thought of everything to ensure guests have an amazing experience (inside & out). Everything was easy to find & operate - so no questions. But I knew Mark was always accessible - as he checked in when I arrive to ensure all was good & to let me know if I needed anything to let me know. Great location local stores near by and short drive to Port Carling, Rosseau & Bracebridge. Easy walk into the lake, top of the boat house great for morning coffee or predinner drinks and hot tub was an added bonus.Cozy Cotty pictures are exactly as posted - a great Muskoka get-a-away couples, family or friends - you will not be disappointed. I'll back next year! Thanks Mark & Stephanie for sharing your slice of heaven!

The host was very welcoming, available and responsive as we were checking in and throughout our stay. Everything was in excellent condition, very well organized, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay so much especially the hot tub by the lake with the snowflakes falling. What a beautiful place!! We enjoyed watching the rare group of Bufflehead ducks fishing on the lake, and a big cozy fire with dry wood and kindling provided and comfortable chairs. I appreciated the detailed instructions and labels throughout the cottage, and clear communication with the host. I hope we can come back in the summer!
