Everything about this place was perfect. The house was absolutely stunning and modern. It was very close to the beach and other sites. If we could make any suggestions, we’d recommend a larger coffee pot in the kitchen and provide a blow dryer for those who forget to bring one. We absolutely recommend this place.

This place is very lovely. It was very comfortable, with very nice, updated bathrooms. The host checked in with us during our trip to see if we needed anything. The home is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The property was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. The location was in a very quite and peaceful neighborhood with very little traffic. The mattresses were awesome, very firm and supportive. Not like some places that feel like they are completely used up. David was very responsive when we had an issue with wifi. He reset it and corrected the problem. We couldn’t watch our favorite college football games on Roku. Looking forward to reserving again in April 2027 for golf tournament. Thanks David for the great accommodations.

The place was beautiful and clean. David was very responsive to any questions that we had. It was a short drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Air traffic in and out of the airport was minimal even on the weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It would be nice to have had a grill available but the kitchen was very well equipped to make a great dinner.

We had a wonderful stay. The space is modern, spacious, and super clean. The location is superb, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but very central and close to most attractions in SSI. Our host David was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the AC which he promptly addressed and fixed during our stay. Would highly recommend David’s place and would stay here again.

Great Nov St Simons Getaway

This was our first time in St Simons and we really enjoyed the beautiful home. Location was nice and quiet and a short bike ride to East Beach or the island lighthouse and pier. Rode bikes on the St Simons and Jekyll Island beaches a couple times and enjoyed several restaurants and bars on the islands.
