Welcome to Salt Air Villas Unit 214! The private, gated Salt Air Villas community is a quiet condo community located a short 1/2 mile from the best beaches, restaurants and shopping on St. Simons Island! Unit 214 is a nicely updated king bed efficiency unit with a bunk room. Guests will have access to covered gated parking, the Salt Air Villas community pool and a private balcony. The living area and king bed area doubles as a living area with a large 55" HD Smart TV, two sitting chairs and a sofa. The comfortable King bed offers storage for personal belongings underneath for guests during their stay. The large balcony off the living area is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy morning coffee while watching the wildlife natural area below.

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The fully-stocked kitchenette offers guests a small kitchen sink, refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner range, microwave and a dishwasher (an oven is not available in this property) -- perfect for preparing simple meals. The dining area has seating for two guests.

The bunk room offers guests two twin-size bunk beds with storage for clothing during their stay and is a perfect kids hideaway! The bathroom is spacious and updated with a large shower and private water closet area. The washer and dryer are tucked away in the closet off the bathroom space.

Somewhat dissapointed, not conducive for extended stays. OK for 1-2 week, we booked a month. Bldg in a very nice neighborhood, walkable to beaches, shops & many good restaurants but unit is old & needs major updating & photos can be deceiving. I would describe it as a large studio. How about start with a nice flat cooktop, also a swivel for the TV to allow watching from bed since living room & bedroom combined. The bathroom sink does not drain quickly while you wait for hot water & you end up with a pool of water. Takes 5min for water to get HOT & then you better hurry, especially taking a shower because it runs out!! Accommodates 4 but only 2 chairs at kitchen table. If housekeeping is hired, it would be nice to have a CLEAN broom and not have to deal with disgusting hair and whatever else is stuck to the broom. The balcony is spacious , area quiet & relaxing after a day on the beach or out exploring.The best I can say is the location & Now I know why it was a good deal

Great stay

Nice condo for two adults and two kids. This is a compact apartment but had almost everything we needed for our beach stay. The kitchen is small with a two-burner stove top and a small toaster oven for very simple meals. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The area is quiet and the balcony is nice. There is a nearby park but nothing else in short walking distance. Shops, restaurants, and beaches are 5-10 minute drive.
