Lovely home, lots of amenities and everyone had a great time. Kitchen well-appointed, bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. Easy check in and check out. Nia was a great hostess, took care of one small thing quickly and efficiently. Loved the deer who came to eat the pears(or apples) under the trees. Very peaceful.

This is the most amazing vacation rental we have ever stayed in. There were 13 of us various ages from seniors to the youngest being seven and it had something for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need. The basement was ideal for the cousins who were well entertained with ping-pong and foosball and games galore. The bedrooms and bedding were superb and the family all wish they were staying there longer. We will definitely book this one again. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we might have.

Perfect Family Gathering Space

This house was the perfect place to stay to visit family in the area. Conveniently located. The house is perfect for families, Nia has done a wonderful job providing everything we could ask for. Six adults and four children age 4 and under stayed and there was plenty of space to hang out, but also get some separation when needed. The kids loved all of the toys in the basement and the Buffalo themed bedroom was a hit! The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the welcome basket and Tim Horton's coffee were a welcome treart. Nia was very respnsive to any questions we had. This is one of the best VRBO houses we've ever stayed in (and we travel a lot). We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

12 person yearly golf weekend

We needed a large place to stay to accommodate 12 guys for a golf weekend. This place definitely provided what we were looking for. Clean, spacious house with everything you need. Everyone in our party was very impressed with the house and the little extras set up for you. Towels, soap, coffee all available for your disposal. The ping pong table in the basement was a great touch. Thanks to Nia for the great communication, checking in and asking if there's anything we need and quick to respond to any questions. If we visit this area again for our yearly trip we will stay here again.

Family Vacation

Our family had an unforgettable long weekend at this wonderful property. The house was the ideal base for our adventures, from the stunning Niagara Falls to the thrilling Bills game at Orchard Park. Even a quick trip across the border for authentic Tim Hortons was a breeze from this convenient location. The house itself was truly exceptional. It was incredibly well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Our kids loved the spacious backyard for football games and the fun ping pong table in the basement. It felt like a home away from home: warm, inviting, and perfect for family bonding. We can't thank the hosts enough for sharing their beautiful home with us. It made our trip truly special. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.
