1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 balconies. 5 minuets drive from the beach, newly renovated, outdoor pool, indoor pool, grilling area. close to all main attractions like water sports, golf, mini mall.
*Pets are NOT allowed
The Space:
Beautiful and bright 1 bedroom condo. kitchen fully equipped, dining area. Large bedroom with balcony. Living room leads to another larger balcony. Washer and dryer in the unit.
Guest Access:
Outdoor pool. Indoor pool. Grilling area. Free parking.
*Pool key available in the kitchen drawer. In case for loss of the key there is a $100 fee.
*No mailbox for this location.
* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)
Other Things to Note:
*Must climb stairs.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Please review my house rules.
*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
*Pets are NOT allowed.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
