The master bedroom features a tree top balcony, 1 king bed and a roll away twin plus a couch and coffee bar ensuring a comfortable stay. Has its own full bath. Bedroom two features two twin beds and a bathroom. All premium mattresses. With amenities like WiFi, a hair dryer, heating, a washer/dryer and AC, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Home is well stocked with coffee, snacks, ect. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. There is also a porch, outdoor seating, rocking chairs and a BBQ charcoal park grill. Whether you're exploring the charming city or simply unwinding in the peaceful surroundings, we hope you enjoy what our place and Rogersville has to offer. Low cleaning fees, pet friendly. Can accept 6 with couch as a bed. Just let us know. Pet fee is $50 per stay when added to reservation. Undisclosed pets on reservations will be charged $75 per stay. Tennessee does not accept emotional service dogs as service dogs and pet fees do apply. Service dogs trained for specific tasks must be with the owner at all times or be crated. There are no pet fees for service dogs trained for specific tasks. We take this matter seriously. All pet fees are donated to a local charity supporting spay/neuter services. Thank you for your cooperation.
