Great place for a girls getaway! Perfect set up with the pool and location to Palm Springs. Host was great to work with as our group arrived and departed at different times. Close to spas, hikes and the airport all within 30 - 40 minutes.

Home was clean and decorated nicely. I liked the open floor plan, kitchen and large dining table. Host was welcoming and checked in to make sure everything was OK. Granddaughters really enjoyed the playroom. I will definitely consider staying here again, hopefully when the weather is nicer so we could enjoy the backyard and pool.

House is super cute. Was a bit chilly inside of the house, we felt like the thermostat just never got up to temp. and the pool heater was not working. Owner gave us a small refund and answered all of my questions. Overall a good stay. Approx 20 mins to anything

We had wonderful time the house was really cute and clean. Comfortable beds. The pool was really nice and had an amazing view. The host was just wonderful and attentive. She got back to us immediately if we needed her. Thank you so much we would definitely come back again

Communication & Maintenance Issues

Nice house and yard to relax in. Beds were comfortable. However, we were plagued with maintenance issues, and the owner was extremely slow to respond. Fire alarms awoke us in the night; took 2 days to fix. We were told staff didn't have access to a ladder, so we should somehow climb up to disable them, and one was on a high cathedral ceiling. No control of heating or cooling as the thermostat was locked. Heat would blast out at 6AM and awaken us. No ice in icemaker -- we were told parts were on order to repair, but actually the water line was not hooked up. We never had hot water for showers, only luke warm. The most frustrating thing was lack of communication. We would not book here again.

We were really looking forward to our stay at this property, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and stressful. Although communication with the host started off strong, it became extremely poor once I raised concerns about serious safety issues and missing amenities.From the moment we checked in, the Wi-Fi was not working, and we spent hours troubleshooting instead of enjoying our first day. Several safety concerns and maintenance issues were immediately apparent: exposed screws on the pool wall, loose dining chairs, and an unusable outdoor bench. The pool area was NOT lit at night, making it unsafe for the evening swimming we had planned. The AC could not be adjusted, which was difficult with six adults and two kids during triple-digit heat. Even basic supplies, like properly sized trash bags and basic seasonings, were not provided.Although some of these concerns were eventually addressed and fixed, the process took time away from being with family and still caused stress and inconvenience in the moment. Far too much of our stay was spent reporting problems and waiting for solutions instead of enjoying the vacation home we paid for. The listing promised an “escape to serenity,” but this was far from that. After initially being responsive, the host stopped answering my texts or calls about these concerns, which was frustrating and unprofessional. While a refund was eventually given, it doesn’t make up for all the issues.I do NOT recommend this location.
