Fully structured beachfront condominium. Balcony, dining and living rooms, bedrooms overlook the pools.

The flat has 02 bedrooms and 02 bathrooms, one suite and another social bathroom, living room for two environments, kitchen. Smart TV in the living room and in the bedroom suite, with Netflix) fully furnished, air conditioned in the bedrooms and living room, safety net on the balcony and bedroom windows. I also own other flats and bungalows.

Fully structured condominium with restaurant, convenience store, 18 pools, beach deck, gym, quad sports, tennis court, kids club, game room and playgrounds that guarantee the fun of the kids every day of the week.

The living room has a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is equipped with 4 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, mineral water holder and kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses, pans, etc). Private WI-FI in the apartment and public areas are free.

The condo has a small restaurant that serves breakfast and breakfasts.(Not included in the daily rate).
Recreation every day of the week from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for children.
Structure on the beach (chairs, ombrelones etc).
The condo is on the best stretch of beach in Muro Alto.
