I am a neat freak and I travel a lot. This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed in and also very homey. This is a property I would consider owning as is. All the furniture is comfy, the linens are top quality, the kitchen is perfect for all of your needs and it is a quiet neighborhood with parking. The communication for check in and directions for entry were easy, prompt and polite. This property is definitely a favorite!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Karl's place. It was easy to find. Three good sized bedrooms. Very clean. And the beds are really comfortable! We were visiting friends, who were 4 minutes away, so the location was perfect. Quiet street. Karl communicated with me really well. I highly recommend!
