The unit was spacious and a good size for our family. The close proximity to tubing and the ski lodge were great. My kids love the oversized jacuzzi tub. We would stay here again.

I was a little thrown off by the check in not realizing that this was a time share community and that check in was a bit of a challenge and a time share meeting was pitched to me at check in.we had key card issues but security helped and was there within 5 minutes which was great.Know that you get assigned a room when you arrive, I believe they are all the same but the description is generic. The location is great and very pretty

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry the timeshare setting and check-in process caught you off guard and that a sales pitch was offered at check-in — that shouldn’t detract from your stay. I’m glad security was able to resolve the key card issue quickly. We’ll pass your comments to the resort team so check-in details and unit-assignment information are clearer for future guests. Thanks for noting the location and scenery; we appreciate the feedback.

Overall enjoyed our stay

My only real complaint is an issue with the tub. My young son was so excited to use the big tub however there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it enough to use the jets. May need to consider a larger hot water tank or something. The water would get cooler with multiple showers too. The tub issue was very disappointing.
