This modernized stylish 1913 craftsman offers all the comforts of home and is located at the well known York and Fig intersection. Highland Hideaway is quiet, yet within walking distance from great restaurants, bars, boutiques, live music venues, a historical bowling alley, parks, and hiking trails. The nearby Goldline metro connects you to downtown LA or Pasadena within minutes. An Uber ride is 15 minutes to DTLA and 10 to Pasadena
Some of the amenities that make this home unique are the record player, piano, and jukebox (which currently can only be plugged in for ambiance. It doesn't play records). The fully stocked kitchen includes lots of cookware, bakeware, and bar ware. The space is light and bright with plants inside and out. There is AC/heating , driveway for one car, and high speed internet. The workspace includes a copier/printer and a desk riser/convertor. There are ample seating areas in the backyard, a fire pit, and a gas BBQ grill. The front porch also has seating.
