Beautiful property with fantastic views, we saw the northern lights from the balcony while we were there!! It had everything we could have possibly needed, the host was lovely and very helpful, he responded quickly when we found we didn’t have the code to get in to ensure we weren’t stranded outside, it was a lovely place to stay and I’d certainly book again in the future

We had an excellent stay in Iceland. Just around the corner from Selfoss (easy for your grocery shop) and the main attractions from the golden circle are less than an hour’s drive away. The property is very tidy and cosy and Elin is a great host. Definitely a great place to stay

Eird is a magical place surrounded by beautiful Icelandic nature where you will experience tranquility and comfort like no other. I cannot recommend this place more and we cannot wait to return for another yoga retreat next year.

Glorious property, both spacious but also comfortable and flexible. Very family oriented and welcoming environment that we all instantly relaxed into the stay. A wonderful outlook, in lots of space, and being able to see Geysir through the telescope was a lovely surprise, and the hot tub was a great place to enjoy the surrounding nature, and even when the weather was cold, the tub was lovely and warm.

Well what can i say from the time we opened the door we was so impressed. It was like going into a show home off a property program off the telly. There was nothing i would change about the villa hot tub we didn't use but that was due to weather and also being out all day sightseeing. The host was fantastic letting us know about weather and also if we had anything we wanted was not a problem. If you are looking to stay in this area do not hesitate to book this villa. One of my boys is already looking to book with some of his friends and i wouldn't book anywhere else when i go back. Great location for the golden circle but you will have to have a car but you are close to some waterfalls, geysers and also not to far from Vic black beach which i loved all in all a great stay and great country very friendly i loved it

We, a group of 10 friends, loved staying here! everything we could possibly need was available and questions were responded to really fast. The location is a great base from which to explore iceland, it seems quiet and like a very safe neighbourhood. There is also little light pollution, we saw the northern lights from the balcony and hot tub. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Great property and location. Just what we needed as we were planning to eat in and supermarket is close by and the kitchen really well equipped. Very accessible to Reykjavík and to all main routes. Host responded to all our questions very promptly prior to our arrival and we had no need to contact him during our stay. The bed was so comfortable it was difficult to wake up each morning.
