Our 3000+ square foot spacious executive guest house is ideally located in a quiet residential area, close to bike paths and walking trails, and within walking distance of the Boardwalk, KW's newest and largest shopping district. Walk to your favorite coffee shop, a movie theatre, or go window shopping, all without needing a car.

The house has modern elegant kitchen, with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and modern hardware. Bathrooms with ceramic flooring and sleek Moen taps. Hardwood floors throughout the living room and kitchen. Fireplace. Free high-speed wireless internet and digital cable TV. Several living areas on different levels. All rooms are beautifully furnished in an elegant, contemporary style. Some rooms have ensuite private bathrooms, others have shared bathrooms. High quality cotton linens and duvets on premium beds. Large closets, and in-house free laundry. Private deck with patio furniture and fenced backyard.

Our whole house rental (7+ bedrooms) is perfect for out-of-town guests for weddings or vacation rentals! Fewer rooms rental may be possible when it is last minute rental.
