The interior of the condo is very fresh & updated. Beautiful view of the ocean. The pool area is great for kids. The restaurant on site was an added bonus where we enjoyed a delicious dinner.Great location easy to get to Sneads Ferry, Surf City & Jacksonville.

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet condo overlooking the beautiful resort and ocean! There was plenty of space for the 4 of us with the pull out couch and the master bedroom. The view was great, the pool and beach were easily accessible, and the restaurant was a convenient way to enjoy many dinners. Mostly- the owners were extremely responsive, answered any of our questions, and helped us with a few additional items we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay at the beach

We enjoyed being able to listen to the surf from the balcony and walk to the beach in a couple of minutes!

The property where the condo is located was great. Grounds were very well taken care of as well as the pools. The restaurant on site was also great. The condo itself could you use some TLC . The bedroom window needs a black out shade or curtains instead of a blind, the tvs were hard to get to work. The ceiling leaked due to heavy rain and ponding of water from the next floor balcony. Reported to rental company but there was no maintenance available on weekends. Pretty disappointed that we had to spend our last night with towels and pots in the living room floor. Overall communication with the rental company was good. Would definitely stay at the property again. Just a few issues that need to be corrected.C&SStayed 10/7/2029 / 10/11/2026

Great Beach Getaway!

Perfect beach location. Great amenities. Amazing food and drinks at the onsite restaurant. Unit just as described. Comfortable bed. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

AMAZING!!!

Had a wonderful stay! The view and the grounds are amazing! Would highly reccommend and will definetly go back. Any questions I had were addressed very promtly. The kitchen was very well appointed had everything that was needed. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our get away. The restaurant on the property was very good and convenient would also highly reccommend.

Everything was very clean and the check in process was very smooth. The view from the balcony is very nice (there is no roof over it just FYI). We have stayed at the Villa many times before and this was our second stay at this unit. Our family absolutely loves the Villa because of the pools and easy beach access. Even with the one bedroom, our kids were able to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room. We would definitely book again. For women, the description did say that there was a hair dryer in the unit but there was not, so make sure to pack your own. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own food for the nights we didn’t go out. Thanks for a great week for our family!
