Perfect condo for your getaway.

Enjoy my HOME AWAY FROM HOME on the beautiful North Topsail Beach of Topsail Island, NC. Our condo has an updated kitchen with all new appliances plus remodeled bathrooms and 3 flat-screen TVs and a computer, charging station in the living room area.

The cottage-styled 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, fully furnished condo overlooks both the ocean waves and the outdoor pool (open to guests May/Sept). Enjoy your morning coffee or the late afternoon sunshine on the comfortable balcony!! Our view is the photo on the slideshow overlooking the pool and ocean. All bedrooms have access to the balcony along with the living/dining room area. You can see dolphins from the balcony to the east and the intercoastal waterway and sunsets to the west. Our Master bedroom has a fantastic king-size new mattress, a flat-screen TV, access to the balcony & a private bath.
The 2nd bedroom has both a queen-sized bed w /memory foam and a set of bunks that have excellent memory foam toppers as well. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV as well. This room is perfect for the kids or it will even accommodate a family of 4. This has balcony access with plenty of dresser and closet space for all! The comfy double recliner sofa in the living room is great for a child or teenager to sleep on. We also have a Graco portable crib with sheets.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all sorts of meals. The living area has a computer workstation/charging station for all of your electronics.

The condo has a new front-load washer and dryer. These ARE FULL SIZE WHICH IS RARE IN THIS SIZE CONDO.

PLUS we offer full use of our outdoor owner's closet that includes all beach/outdoor equipment. We have beach chairs & umbrellas, sand toys, kites, tennis rackets & balls, basketballs, floatation devices, bats & balls, etc. oftentimes guests wear out items, and then they aren’t replaced so no guarantee what’s in the outside closet.

The outside closet gives our guests extra space for hanging their wet beach towels, leaving sandy flip flops, or storing their personal golf clubs!!!
We also have baby supplies such as a pack n play crib with sheets & a feeding chair for the little ones.

We have a keypad door locking system for our front door. This eliminates the worry about losing the condo keys at the beach.

Finally, we have personal cleaners for our condo's weekly cleaning service. So-- if you rent our condo, it will certainly be clean when you arrive with the sheets on the beds and the towels on the racks.

This place is more than you'd expect. The pictures show exactly what you get but it's even better in person. The rooms are larger than I expected and the kitchen had the basic necessities for cooking. The condo location is perfect at this resort! Right by the large pool, the two boardwalks to the beach and a wonderful view. This place was so much more than I expected and my family and I loved every moment. You won't be disappointed!!! We can't wait to come back!!

My family loves staying here! Bill was very accommodating, he quickly came to our aid when there was an issue at the rental and it was resolved with little to no interruption to our vacation. The condo was clean, spacious, and had basically everything we needed for our family to enjoy our beach getaway!

Great stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We have been to St Regis before and always enjoyed our time. Bills condo was a great place and had everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the use of the outdoor owners closet. It was very convenient to store all our beach stuff and not have to keep in the condo. We love sitting on the patio and the rockers are a perfect touch. Beautiful views of the ocean.

We had a great family vacation (4 of us) in August - Jennifer was fantastic to work with before and during our stay. The condo is a perfect size for a family of 4-6 with everything you could need. Great views of the ocean, nice pool, easy beach access. Updates to the complex will make it even better in the future.

This is our second year staying at St.Regis, different condos though. We had a great time. Our condo was clean and accommodating, providing us with the basics of everyday life. Communication with our host was great, he was very quick to respond. Will definitely be booking here again!

Great family getaway

The owner was amazing, quick to answer any questions and help in any way. The place is perfect for kids and the location is ideal. The condo is set up nicely for families and even stocked with beach supplies. Some of the beach chairs and toys definitely show some wear and tear but it was nice having them regardless and not purchasing all our own. We enjoyed the week at the beach with kids and booking this place definitely made it more enjoyable with children.

Great place to stay with kids

We have 5 children ages 12-2 and we felt very comfortable here. There were plenty of dishes and the kids were able to eat at the breakfast bar which they enjoyed. Not having to rent linens was a huge plus as many properties in the area do not supply them. The mattresses were very comfortable. The beach chairs and toys were a wonderful bonus. Owner was very helpful and easily accessible.

Nice, Clean and well stocked.

The condo was nice and clean. They had all the essentials for the week there. We just had to bring food, toiletries and stuff for the beach. It has immediate access to the beach with no real need to go elsewhere unless you want to. Easy check in/access. My only advice is use the dehumidifier it makes all the difference. Thank you for a great stay.

We fall in love with this beach, a beautiful neighborhood area, quiet and peaceful The Regis condominium was a great place to stay just like described by the website The only thing that bothers me was finding 2 live cockroaches in the main bathroom!! After that everything was perfect

Jennifer’s condo was perfect for my family! She had all the amenities we could have possibly needed! It’s super clean and decorated so cute! The kitchen is so well stocked and so is the closet with the beach supplies! She was so great to work with also. Responded to my texts super fast. We are already planning our trip for next year!

We are in love with Topsail Island, NC. From the moment you cross the bridge, you feel like you are on island time. We have personally stayed in this condo for months at a time, so every accommodation to make this a home away from home has been made. I love walking the beach each morning at daybreak, then sit on the balcony relaxing with a fresh cup of coffee watching the sun finish its rise before setting off to an activity-filled day.

Why they chose this property

St. Regis is truly the best location to enjoy the island outside while living in a resort environment. The beaches are fabulous and the resort has everything you could want for the perfect beach lovers' getaway! We love the fact that St Regis Resort has an indoor(which is very rare) pool as well as every rare outdoor pool! It gives the children a place to play if the weather turns sour on us!!

What makes this property unique

An indoor pool is a definite unique quality of our resort for Topsail Island. The brand-new rebuilt indoor pool facility should be opened in summer 2021 (based on delays due to Covid 19). Plus the playground & basketball court can be enjoyed by all!! Our condo is comfortable for families with more than 1-2 children. Our second bedroom has comfortable bunks and also a queen bed. We have a dual recliner sofa comfortable for a small adult/teen plus a good full-size air mattress and pack n play crib. The Master bedroom has a king and the perfect spot for the pack n play if needed. We have at least 4-5 beach chairs for our guest's use and tons of beach/sand toys plus tennis rackets.
