Accidents happen, please report any damages to the host. Damages exceeding the security deposit must be paid by guests and will be reported to VRBO.
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, we do have neighbors and want to be considerate of them. - Keep a close eye on kids while being on the balcony.

Issues with routine cleanliness started at arrival. The only option to enter the 3rd floor property was a poorly maintained wood stairwell. Spider webs covered the hand rails, steps and front door frame. No doormat outside or inside.The kitchen cleanliness was a disaster. The insink garbage disposal and the fridge has lingering odors.While trying to prepare a meal (local restaurants close at 7pm!) I discovered dirty dishes among the stacks of 'clean' dishes. That lead to finding spoiled food covering all kitchen items (utensils, silverware, pots, pans, every style glass and coffee mug...IT WAS CLEAR THAT STAFF HAD BEEN PUTTING UP DIRTY DISHES INTO THE CLEAN DISHES! Among all the storage we found 3 bugs. We had to take out and hand wash or run the dishwasher 4 times to clean each and every kitchen service item.That was disappointing and disturbing for our vacation plans. Owners did not supply the kitchen,basics: garbage bags, napkins, paper towels, salt/pepper, cooking oil, toaster, wine corkscrew, bar soap for 2 bathrooms. These are usually provided by VRBO owners.The living room had no lighting (overhead of standing lights).The balcony had not been cleaned for months and we had to sweep and wipe all surfaces and install a swing chair that was in a heap of leaves with spiders.AC was a single wall unit at the far end of the living room. It did not support air flow into the bedrooms, bathrooms or cooking kitchen. When it was running it was too loud to hear the TV
